Ruby Tuesday- Window Displays

From China Dolls to Louis Vuitton.

I was attracted to this display of dolls in ethnic Chinese costumes in China.
Ruby red seems to be the most popular colour for these costumes, as red is considered an auspicious colour by the Chinese.

This window display below caught my eye as I was strolling down the Avenue Des Champs Elysees in May last year. Names like Louis Vuitton draw the shoppers like bees to a pot of honey. Or is it the ruby red colour that initially attracted the shoppers?

Ruby Red is indeed the universal colour for attracting the eye of the shopper!
